We strive to accurately display our products, including colors and details, but please note that the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order with us, you’re agreeing to:

We saddle up and process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship worldwide, though we’re unable to reach some parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we’ll ship your order via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or other delays. The risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be as satisfied with your Western gear as a cowboy is with his trusty steed. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Jewelry (due to its personal nature)
• Fly Protection products
• Grooming products
• Halters/Leads that show any signs of use

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or defective merchandise. After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
