Shipping Information

We saddle up and process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. We ship our quality Western wear worldwide, though we’re unable to reach some parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we’ll ship your order via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors like customs processing.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be as satisfied with your Western gear as a cowboy is with his trusty steed. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Jewelry (due to its personal nature)
  • Fly Protection products
  • Grooming products
  • Halters/Leads that show any signs of use

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions. Returns cannot be processed without an RA Number.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the completed return form (use the template below).
  4. Ship It Back: Ship the package to our returns address: 4319 West Claremont Street, Glendale, US 85301. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
  5. Inspection & Resolution: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or defective merchandise.

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we will initiate your refund:

  • Credit Card payments: Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
  • PayPal payments: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For Exchanges: The process is the same. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship out the replacement. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference.
